To support the Ministry of Energy and the NCSE to carry out their responsibilities, one of the priorities of the TA will be to continue increasing their capacities and skills to be able to implement the energy transition in Moldova. In this context, the communication officer will be part of the PIU (Project Implementation Unit) based in the MoE’s office to promote the project and the new related reforms implemented.
