Adjacent expenses for printing, numbering, coding, exchange, capitalization, replacement in case of loss, any other expenses, are included in the value of the voucher and are borne by the Supplier against its cost.
The validity period indicates the period within which the holder is entitled to exchange the voucher for the products indicated in art.
The supplier must provide, in a previously agreed format, monthly reports (at the latest by the 10th of the month following the management month) and at the end of the validity period of the vouchers and consequently at the end of their capitalization period (at the latest by on 10.09.2024)The supplier is going to return the amount of money, remaining unutilized at the end of the vouchers' capitalization period (31.08.2024), within 10 calendar days, by transfer to the bank account of World Vision Moldova.
The Supplier, in case of loss of the voucher by the Beneficiary, is to issue, within the initial validity period (31.08.2024), a new voucher, with a different number/code, of the same value, canceling the previous lost voucher.
Supplier selection criteria:The winner will be the Supplier who, through the submitted offer, will demonstrate compliance with the mandatory and simultaneous requirements described above and the factual possibility of exchanging the issued vouchers for hygiene products according to the prescribed list.
